01 / INTRODUCTION
Who we are
Tastr is a Google Ads management service operated by CAYK Marketing Inc., based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada (“Tastr”, “we”, “us”). These terms apply when you sign up for Tastr or use our service (“you”, “the client”). By paying for the service, you agree to these terms. If you have questions, email us at hello@tastr.ca.
02 / SERVICE
What’s included
Tastr is a flat-fee Google Search Ads management service. It includes setting up your Google Search campaigns (keyword research, ad copy and conversion tracking), AI-assisted optimizations twice a month, weekly budget and red-flag checks, and a monthly performance report by email.
Tastr covers Google Search only. It doesn’t include Display, Performance Max, landing pages, website design or development, or other marketing services. We’ll let you know before starting any work outside this scope.
03 / FEES
Fees and billing
Monthly management fee: $500 + GST per month when your monthly Google Ads budget is up to $1,500, or $750 + GST per month when it’s above $1,500. Your tier is based on the monthly ad budget you choose. If you change your budget to a different tier, the new fee applies from your next billing date.
Setup fee: a one-time $500 + GST. It isn’t refundable once setup has started.
Fees are billed monthly in advance through Stripe, starting on your sign-up date. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file each billing date. If a payment fails, we may pause work until it’s resolved.
04 / AD SPEND
Ad spend and budgets
Your ad spend isn’t part of our fee. Google bills it directly to your own payment method, and you’re responsible for keeping a valid payment method on your Google Ads account. We never change your budget without your written approval, and email counts as written approval.
05 / OWNERSHIP
Your account and data
You own your Google Ads account and its data. You give Tastr manager access so we can run your campaigns. When you cancel, we remove our access, and the account and everything in it stays with you.
06 / CANCELLING
Cancelling
There’s no long-term contract. You can cancel anytime before your next billing date through the Stripe customer portal or by emailing hello@tastr.ca. Your service continues until the end of the period you’ve paid for. We don’t refund partial months.
07 / CLIENT
Your responsibilities
You agree to give us accurate, up-to-date information about your business; give us access to your website, or put us in touch with your web developer, so conversion tracking can be set up; make sure your business, products and ad claims comply with the law and with Google’s advertising policies; and review and approve ads, keywords and other requests in a timely way.
Delays in approvals or access can delay launch and optimizations. They don’t change your fees.
08 / RESULTS
Results and Google
We work hard to get you good results, but we can’t guarantee results, rankings, clicks, leads or sales. Google sets its own policies and makes its own decisions on ad approvals, account reviews and suspensions. Those are outside our control. We’ll tell you if we see an issue and help where we can.
09 / TOOLS
Tools we use
We use software tools, including AI, to help analyze and optimize your account. A person reviews changes before they’re made.
10 / LIABILITY
Liability and indemnity
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost business.
You agree to indemnify Tastr and CAYK Marketing Inc. against claims arising from your products, services, ad claims or content.
11 / UPDATES
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. If we do, we’ll email active clients at least 30 days before the changes take effect, and we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
