Who we are
Tastr is a Google Ads management service operated by CAYK Marketing Inc., based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. When you use our website or become a client, we collect and handle certain personal information. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and what your rights are. What information we collect
When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name and email address, business name and website, approximate monthly ad spend budget, Google Ads experience level, and any additional details you choose to share. When you become a client, we additionally collect Stripe-processed billing information, Google Ads account access permissions, information about your business offer, target customers and conversion goals, and the email address designated for performance reports.
When you visit our website, we may automatically collect browser type and version, pages visited and time spent on the site, referring website or source, and general geographic location at country or region level. We do not collect sensitive personal information such as social insurance numbers, financial account numbers beyond what Stripe requires for billing, or health-related information.

How we collect it
We collect information directly from you when you fill out the enquiry form on our website, correspond with us by email, or complete our onboarding process after becoming a client. We also collect limited technical information automatically through our website, which is built and hosted on Framer. Framer may use cookies or similar technologies to support site functionality and collect usage data. More information is available at framer.com/privacy.

Why we collect it and how we use it
We collect your information to assess whether Tastr is a good fit for your business, deliver the service you have signed up for, bill you correctly through Stripe, communicate about your account with reports and necessary updates, and improve how we operate through aggregated, non-identifiable usage data. We do not use your information to train AI systems, sell advertising, or share data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We share information only where necessary to operate the service. Stripe processes payments, Framer hosts our website, Google receives your ad spend and connects with our management account, and CAYK Marketing team members working on your account have access to the information required to manage campaigns. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Stripe, Framer, and Google each maintain their own privacy policies.
We retain information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward. If you cancel service, we retain basic account records for at least seven years in line with Canadian business record-keeping requirements. Your rights, cookies, and security
Canadian residents have rights to access, correct, and withdraw consent for their personal information, subject to legal and contractual limitations. You may also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta. Contact hello@tastr.ca to exercise your rights. We respond within 30 days. Our website uses cookies for basic functionality only. You can control cookies through browser settings, although disabling them may affect the website.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe. No transmission method over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Tastr is a business-to-business service and does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. If changes are material, we will notify active clients by email. Continued use of our website or service after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
